why cant i get wavy hair?

i have somewhat straight and am trying to get to wavy/curly. i see sum faggots out there with straighter hair some how managing to make it curly. i dry my hair with a old tshirt and then let it air dry, sea salt spray and crunch, and im also thinking of getting a leave in conditioner but i doubt its gonna do shit. if sum1s managed to do what im trying to lmk

i dont use shampoo only ts rosemary oil conditoner and its still straight as shit

Use a straighter to curl your hair or get a wavy perm

I permed my straight ass hair with peach curlers and it looked gas asf wavy not curly. I also did purple and whites which was definitely a curl
