Nobody is gonna stop you bro.
Don't let your life be limited by other people.
I would advice against it tho from a medical point of view.

Lifting weights will put indirect strain and stress on your neck and jaw and may cause internal bleeding.
People also tend to make faces while lifting that will add further strain.

Even eating solid foods after bimax can cause damage in the first 4-6 weeks, let alone hard excercise

I had to go a full month without excercise after a plastic surgery operation and shrank quite a bit in size, it sucks but it needs to be done for optimal recovery. 1 month for a lifetime of looking better is a good tradeoff.

Nothing will stop you working out dumbass, it’s just to prevent complications.

Do isolation exersizes if you do, for biceps use the machine curl instead of freeweights, I'd avoid back and chest completely tbh, tri pushdowns should be okay, do light weight with high reps and perfect form, legs would be too high intensity tbh, Calves are fine ig

Leg Extensions are okay maybe

Just take a few weeks off and go light when you come back innit

if i was 5'11 i would try to be at least 170

I’m planning to go back after a month and train with my teeth apart, super light, sets of 15 to induce DOMS then get back to heavy training after 2 months
