Milk is not as refreshing as water, so its hydration effects, which come on slow, are not as good as water.
2-3L of milk would give you 1,440-1,800 calories a day alone, that is without any food. Lactose overload can cause bloating and diarrhea. It is also expensive (idk what milk costs near you, but that is a bottle (2-3L bottles) a day).

Tbh there are benefits to this though, like 60-90 extra grams of protein, high calcium and phosphorus, and IGF-1 increase.

Not really bad for you if you can burn the calories away and have extra money.
