Why can't I just move my fucking nose forward to fraud maxilla?

You can have some filler placed at the base of your nose (the piriform fossa, and the piriform aperture) to help give the illusion of having a more projected maxilla. It's temporary, is injected on the periosteum (bone level) to limit product migration, and can be achieved in less than 1ML worth of product.

It's a good short-term option, but I would always advocate for surgery over the placement of filler if you have significant maxillary misalignment.
