i cant pay attention in class , hw , when some foid is talking to me, anythin, whatever i do i feel fucking locked. i already tried semax and other nootropics but nothing helps, my teachers always ask if im still here, someone help.

its been an everyday thing for like since middle school im a sophmore now, every class, doing everything exept things i got interest in, i just hyperfocus on shit like that

well you can convince your parents if you visit a doctor and have him do some analysis and whatever to see if you do have adhd and need those meds and how much

Concerta is extended release methylphenidate, it’s not an amphetamine like adderall. Nonetheless its adhd medication. If theyre willing to let you try, try it out. Take it early in the day so it doesnt affect your sleep as much

Not diagnosing you with anything, especially because I cant and dont have the authority to do so. It doesnt hurt to try concerta though

Selective ADHD doesnt exist. Hes normal kid and adderall will fuck him.

@shilohjin go ask a doctor if you have ADHD, getting a diagnosis from a forum is retarded. Dont listen to me listen to a doctor. If you dont have ADHD then dont even think about taking adderall or anything similar

get diagnosed for adhd. for medication to go for vyvanse but if you can’t then anyone of the big three works. that being concerta, adderall, and ritalin. if 5 patients take ritalin, 3 will report a positive experience, so it’s not for everyone. on a budget you choose modafinil. as the poor man’s adderall modafinil keeps you awake and alert.

If you don’t need the apps for something related to making money or something genuinely important, you’re better off deleting the apps themselves. Timers and avoiding the apps won’t do anything & you’ll keep going back to them

Yeah, this is the worst place to ask. Asking the internet in general is a bad idea. He’s better off checking with a psychiatrist

Trying adderall wouldn’t be detrimental but it’s not a good path to go down if he doesn’t need it
