Why can’t I smile correctly?

I think I’ve made this post before but I can’t tell what’s structurally wrong with my face. When I talk or when I smile I cant seem show my top teeth like everyone else does without scrunching my face. I don’t know if the problem comes from my upper lip or my teeth. What can I do? I also have a crooked smile. (Sorry for the bad pics)

Do the Epstein smile, where you do it with only one side of the mouth, doesn't look to bad. I have the same issue.
