I was coming accross an account of a small framed curry that was 23 and looked like he was 16 and skinny as fuark. So I told him, he has to EAT more, protein and fats. And he just responded in the typical smug twink way, like they always do, thinking the world is all rainbows and unicorns. And thinking he's doing great in life with his life choices, which he clearly isn't. Everbody always has to keep his "composure" even anonymously online, if you are like that, you will literally never improve. You have to be able to introspect and analyze your wrong decisions and faults. The same way 99 percent of people cope by thinking they're gl, because everbody is beautiful in his own special way jfl.

I'm trying to improve his quality of life, because I'm a good person. But honestly, most people rather live in misery than taking someone elses criticism.

You don't decide what people want from life. Maybe he doesn't care that he's skinny maybe he doesn't like lifting, just because you think it's good for him it's not what he wants.

You're projecting what YOU want onto him. The equivalent would be a gay guy coming up to a virgin and telling him "Just turn gay it's easier than women."

It's Advice he didn't ask for and one that he didn't even need. Is he dying because of eating too little? Is it affecting others that he isn't lifting? Then why care?
