Why can't the government just allow us to kill niggers?

Why the fuck are they cucking us so badly? Why can't I just go and shoot a nigger in the face without having to go to jail and get my bussy busted by his nigger cousins? Why won't they allow us to kill niggers whenever we feel like it? If that isn't cuckoldry, then what is? Is every government in the world gay for niggers because last time I checked it's illegal to kill them anywhere on the planet? But why is it okay to kill a dog but not okay to kill a nigger when the dog serves a far bigger purpose and is a far smaller threat to civilization and humanity?
