Why Can't They Send Me My Scan Results?

I went to get my scans yesterday to get genio, jaw implants and infraorbital implants this year.

I gave them the referral that explicitly stated exactly what was needed.

When I was done, I asked if they could send me/give me access to everything in addition to sending everything to my surgeon.

The technician said that they could only put images on a CD for me but not the 3D modeling of my skull and that would be sent to my surgeon or they'd get access to it somehow (this wasn't explained to me).

I found this weird this weird since I've seen plenty of people here posting pictures of 3D models of their skulls and from around the internet.

I thought maybe it was on the CD and the radiologist/technician was mistaken. But when I looked to see what was on there, this is all there was...

So how the hell do I get access to what I need?

Giant said he needs my scans before spending any time speaking to me so I need to get him what he needs and in case I want to post here or go to another surgeon for another opinion, I need these.

How do I get the right scans in my possession?
