Just to add on this, I went through a year in college where I took phenibut 3 days a week and drank heavily on it (retarded idea) for literally a year straight and was taking on average like 4 grams at a time, sometimes up to ten, and now days no matter how long I wait it doesn't work for me anymore. I'll get a bit tired that's it.

Don't be like me. I could have probably died or something but it also rekt my tolerance, and I'm sure if you're taking it multiple times a week and more than a few grams at a time you're ruining it for yourself
