Forums never had such an ability but who knows, maybe Xenforo will implement such a feature. I’ll google, if I find that it exists I will edit this post. If not edited, assume it doesn’t exist.

EDIT: There is something called AtomChat which can be integrated with Xenforo but it costs money. With this, we could have HD video calls and voice calls in the chat.
