Probably something to do with server costs, the more they can cut down on people posting videos and photos the cheaper it is
Also, idk because I'm not here enough, but if someone CP spammed or something it's a huge liability risk for them

It's just been a bit buggy. Try logging out and logging back in. This has fixed the issue for a few people, including me.

Doesn't it auto-type in your password when try to log in? You should do something about this now because you'll need your password eventually.

This is a temporary fix that I know of currently. Photos are not always buggy & usually work perfectly.
