Cardio/exercise if not overdone is a great way of maximising your potential in terms of looks especially in puberty because it reduces cortisol significantly

Cortisol is bad because having too high cortisol reduces the amount of osteoblasts your body can produce and sustain which results in bone loss or in puberty slower bone growth. Aka less face gains, this is why anxiety especially in puberty is a massive looksmin.

Also cortisol makes your face puffy which is a looksmin (you don’t want this)

So get out of your room and do 30 mins of moderate intensity exercise daily

Other than that you’ll feel happier because of the endorphins and production of bdnf

So get of your ass and do some exercise

I do 2 mile run once a week, my best time is 11:56, is that good? and is 2 mile run enough for cardio? I do it on a treadmill of course

But I heard that cardio spikes cortisol? Does the spike reduce any subsequent release?
I have an anxiety disorder too
