Why chewing may not work

I chew 3-6 pieces of hard mastic gum for 30-60 minutes/day.
My masseters are noticeably bigger but the temporalis muscles have grown too, which make my head very wide and look bloated.
Got to drop bodyfat to see if it looks any better(20-23% bf right now)

over 20% bodyfat you cant complain about nothing

Same thing happened to me. I stopped chewing a few months ago and the temporalis are mostly back to their normal size.

Definitely not chewing again. Jfl I looked like a fucking bloated cyclops during that time

you fat pig. no wonder chewing doesn’t work. the NUMBER ONE RULE for chewing is get to LOW BODY FAT. or you will look bloated. jesus christ

It bloats your face. JFL thinking larger, hypertrophied masseters will look good.
