He's very tall too, skull size doesn't scale with height as much in humans I've noticed, so even with a big head it's gonna look smaller relatively speaking the taller you grow even though total size is big/huge. That's one thing I don't like about hot tall amazonian girls which I love otherwise, their head is kinda bit small quite often(female head size on tall body, lol) and that always bothered me a little bit.
