Why Chico's chin is recessed on some pictures (like mine), and on others its top tier?

So when I look at this picture I have near exact same shitty chin:


Slightly recessed for few millimeters (I've been mega self conscious about it lately).

Here you can also see that his chin isnt great:


But I'd say it looks better than mine (he is tilting his head down here).





In this picture I'd say his chin is near the same as mine





On the other hand here his chin looks great I wouldnt dare to say that its weak or anything.

So what the fuck is going on?
Why his chin is recessed like mine on first pictures and on others it looks perfectly projected. Also notice how most of his pictures are with slightly open lips? Why is that?

Age, but most importantly IMHO - head rotation, his chin is way more visible when his head is nearly fully rotated to one side, due to facial skin being stretched, which is rather normal for people.
