That’s still unclear, there’s been several studies of uncircumcised men getting circumcised and afterward asked whether their sexual sensitivity, function and pleasure were impaired and no men reported any negative differences.

Of course one could still argue that the removal of the foreskin (which is rich in touch-sensitive nerves) must compromise men’s sexuality since it’s just not there anymore. This is true but it doesn’t necessarily mean that the loss of sensitivity is great enough for one to feel the difference since the foreskin only represents a small part of the penis of men’s total, erotically excitable skin surface. I believe people exaggerate how much it affects their sensitivity. For all we know the decrease in sensitivity might be 0.5% essentially meaning there’s no difference. There’s been several contradicting studies about the supposed decrease in sensitivity so the whole matter is still really unclear and inconclusive.
