- Anything you want to become online, needs a website : yeah, some gayboys tell you that social media is enough in fact some may even say people are too dumb/lazy to even browse websites, I personally know a few online clothing shops here in iran that make at very least $50,000 per month in profit and they run solely on instagram, but these are scraps, their audience is unimportant, and soon or late some problem occurs & they'll be fucked, what if instagram takes down your page for some reason ?


- Webdev allows you to build everything you can dream of : something like this forum ? You're equipped with knowledge to build it, a social media platform ? you got it, a blog to share your thoughts but you want the user experience & interface to be overly customized ? you can do it, it's basically online superpower.


- Perfect for lone wolves, autists, retards, and nomads : this job can be done on any social skill levels, you can do it in your bedroom at 3 a.m or at a cafe at 7 pm, you can do it in mountains of colorado or slums of iraq, you can be as lonely as you wish or collaborate with a team.


- Mystery : bitches love mystery, they think you're just a genius or some hacker, guys will think you're superior and your intelligence level is just out of this world

I'm fully remote now, making 15 times the average salary in my country working for a US company, life is so easy, I'm not even a big spender but 90% of your life problems disappear when you can afford anything that you fucking want

Might be a bit different depending on country but the job market for tech is pretty fucked right now and you would be competing with people with degrees for junior roles (so viewed as more valuable than self taught assuming no experience) that are already being rejected, some experienced developers are also having to go into junior roles now so competing with skilled devs. And with freelancing there will be some guy from india who will do the same work for pennies that's more skilled.

Still possible to code just have to be realistic

Exactly, people who say it's oversaturated but that's only with incompetent people who only are interested in the salary, compare them to people who actually have an interest in tech and care about gaining skill and ace they're degrees finding a job is extremely easy for those people.
