Elliot wasn't bad looking, but his problem was that he was too entrapped in himself irrationally. He believed that if he was good looking, nice, and deserving of praise so much that he didn't care that others thought he wasn't good looking, shitty, or a monster. He could push forward, but he forgot along the way that reality does not care about his interpretation of what's in front of him, so he denied the truth, that only he could change these things. He traded logic and reason for irrationality instead of using a macchivelian mechanism to instead hedge the advantage over women in his favor. Whether it be plastic surgery, assets, or otherwise. It's not his fault he became a monster, society lied to him, he did not take reality on himself, which led to his tragic loss of life, and many like him to also lose their lives from societies lies.

He could get a girl he was rich and dad had Hollywood connections in the hunger game premiere which his dad was the director of a hot blonde was legit eye fucking him but he was too aspie to notice. He wasn't that rich, his dad was a director of photography not a film director, so not exactly a high status position at least not in Hollywood. He also lived in Santa Barbara a very affluent region, filled with super-rich people; having a BMW and designer clothes wasn't something that would blow away many people living there.
If he would have moved to a poorer place, like attending an obscure college in a small town, he might actually have had a chance with girls.
Money matters only if you have more than the other people living around you, if you have a few millions but live in an affluent zone like Hollywood, Manhattan, Silicon Valley, etc. - that's basically nothing, you won't impress anyone.

ur 5'8 by 15, you'll be AT LEAST 5'10 or 5'11 and maybe even 6 by 18. You need to worry less, dont smoke, dont drink and you have it.
