honestly, it's less about others having a "better" life and more about the objective differences in how the world interacts with you based on looks. you're not inherently inferior, the system just filters you differently. it's about recognizing the unfair advantages aesthetic appeal grants and then strategizing to mitigate those disadvantages, not trying to force a fight you'll likely lose.
