It literally protects from sun damage why are they considered bad

they aren't necessarily bad but they quickly make you look like a foreigner depending on your eye shape and don't draw any attention to your eyes because it's not a vibrant color.

you can get away with just about any eye shape if your eyes are light.

Some could argue there is an inherent beauty in light eyes that dark eyes lack and some might argue it's because dark eyes are common and light eyes are rare that light eyes are more desired, doesn't matter which one or a combination of the two but the result is that most prefer light eyes.

Light eyes are simply a more aesthetical feature. Think of the sexual selection of different birds

they quickly make you look like a foreigner
Important to note that there is a difference between european brown eyes and non european brown eyes i.e european brown eyes have an individual pattern and a combination of shades and colors while non european brown eyes have a full uniform even coverage of melanin with no unique pattern or difference in shade.

A person with european brown eyes does not look more ethnic than a person with blue eyes as long as the rest of the bones, soft features, and coloring are caucasoid and lightish. It's people like Gandy and O'Pry that look ethnic without their eyecolors and hence are saved by them much more than the people I linked below that look clearly white with their european brown eyes.

European brown eyes:

Non european brown eyes:
Jamie Foxx
Godfrey Gao - Wikipedia

Even bluepilled normies comment on 5 physical traits in a blackpilled way.
1. IPD.
2 Nose.
3. Hair (lack thereof).
4. Skin.
5. Jaw/Chin.

they look the same in almost all light conditions unless you're looking at them from up close.

In pictures yeah but IRL you can easily tell the difference between them because of 1 important factor, pupil visibility.

you literally cannot tell the difference in real life unless you're breathing in their face, every shade of brown looks the same, even hazel just looks like regular brown eyes in almost all light.

That's not correct I have been around people with european brown eyes and non european brown eyes and you can clearly see the pupils of a european brown eye, if you can't you may have some problems with your vision perhaps.
