Why dark skin curries do well in the UK?

I though selection pressure would render them cucks as low Vitamin D from no sun and dark skin would cuck them. Is the pull of dimorphic skin tones, this big that it undermines even selection pressure for vitamin D levels- the most important fat soluble vitamin after A??
