yeah I believe your face can change quite a bit.

I've looked at a lot of pics of guys 18>>mid 20s

many still have their jaws grow, browridge also grows, face will get slightly wider

Most likely explanation is that he is only 15 or 16 in first picture.

Second most likely explanation is that it is not even him in the picture, that the clickbait website you pulled that from just took a picture of some rando and said it was him.

The first one I know is legit cause he posted it himself on ig and said that it was him at 18 the second you might be right tho
