Why did God create me ugly.

I am envious. I am jealous. I am rage full. I question why an all loving God would create me to look like this in a time where the beauty standards are the exact opposite of what I look like. Of a non-melting jaw. Or perhaps someone who isn’t 5’8. I question how an all loving God could create me and position me in such a time where suffering isn’t much of an if, but rather a when. There is unnecessary suffering in the world because of people’s appearance. An all loving God would not allow its most favorite creation to suffer unnecessarily. It’s cope to believe God doesn’t exist. It’s also cope to believe he cares about humanity more than he does us worshipping him. May God help us all.
