my jaw joints are fucked up, misaligned in several different ways and its only gonna get worse. jaw joint gonna keep degrading until I look like a recessed blob if I don't fix something and also get surgery. joint replacement is insanely risky and brutal too

can be caused by some things https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micrognathism the most common is Pierre Robin Sequence, its a problem that starts in the uterus.
