Why did I hide my internet browsing habits

I should've spilled the beans and admitted that I am addicted to the internet, people bully me irl I have no life I hate myself and need help so I can live a life I'm proud of years ago...

Why didn't I say or do anything... Even just dropping out of school and NEETing for a bit would've been better for me. At least that's a cry for urgent help. I didn't ask for help when I needed it and wasted so much time as a result.

no one can help u.. only through ur own power u can change ur situation and if it doesnt pan out it was just destined by fate to be like that

Well hide is a bad word because my family obv knows and basically anybody can tell I'm a rotter. The issue is I didn't ask for help
