now the video he supposedly took now. By the name of the video, you can tell it predates the date at which he posted the picture, but he still looks the same. Same clothes, setting, everything. he just took a screenshot from a frame in the video

Think it relative to other teenagers their age, IMO, then it possible but you are right some can be LTN or MTN and ascend to HTN or Chads from puberty. I also was ugly as fuck until HS. Also some HTNs and shit descending in/by their 20s or by their 30s also happens lol
