WHY DID I LOSE MY RAMUS LENGHT AND MY JAW LENGHT ??

So in 2023 I had a good jawline and a good ramus in term of lenght since then I bloated my self and when i debloated I saw that I lost my ramus lenght I went from a mid ramus to a short ramus and for the jaw it became smaller I don’t understand why can someone help me ? Here is a pic
