why did i smell this woman's high heels when i was 8

when i was 8 afterschool this white lady left her shoes unattended for some reason and I stayed in there for like 5 minutes inhaling the fumes
she was lowkey old and wrinkled so i didnt enjoy it. i just wanted young pretty leela futurama boots
