Why did I start getting more acne when I started to use cleanser again a week ago

I started using CeraVe cleanser and Bulldog moisturizer and my spots have literally tripled and I have a pizza face. Should I quit using it and use Beef Tallow?

probably the moisturizer and not the cleanser cerave cleanser is super light works on all skin types if ur using spf id suggest to double cleanse as it is quite light
