My skin color is normally type 3 on this chart but today i woke up and it was type 1. Then as the day went on it started gradually returning back to its normal color

could be and i suspected something like this as well but wouldn't i instantly turn brown again? this lasts for like 15 minutes
like when i raise my arm so the blood flows down i turn whiter but not pale like how i wake up
