Why did men back then look much better?

Just look at the white guys and some black guys in this video:


They were lean with good bones which is rare now. I think part of the reason for the rise in inceldom is that men are also worse looking.

Chad-ness (strong bones structure, bigger muscles, higher T, higher fertility) is just a adaptation to the natural wilderness. When you remove the stressors of the wilderness through civilizational comforts like healthcare, grocery stores, etc that encourage comfortable and sedentary living, those Chad adaptations slowly start to dissipate and go away, causing us to become more and more incel-looking and infertile. Muscle mass, T, sperm counts and dick sizes have all been diminishing due to the sedentary living.

Higher T, mother getting better nutrition while pregnant and I think a lot of this mouth breathing/bad bone structure is caused by mothers in more recent times running their young children to the doctor for nothing hardly (runny nose) and getting prescriptions and the rest that lead to the children mouth breathing.
