Why did my hair get darker in these last couple of months?

My hair used to be pretty light ngl. My hair was light brown like a few years ago and it got much darker, it's almost black. Why?

But it got really black ngl. My arm hair and leg hair are also much more visible lol. I can't wear shorts during gym ffs.
