Why did my jaws grow noticeably after puberty?

I was skinny with 11%bf until I got 17, with ofc boneless face. University made me 25%bf in less than 6 months and bren maintaining this body fat for 4 years.
When I check my face now, I notice that I have a ramus which I didn’t have, also wider and thicker jaw bones. How?

I have grown only 3cm from that time.
