it depends on if you get enough halos from it or if you get dogmaxxed too hard. you can look a bit uncanny and look good but theres a limit and you need other features as well as ratios to make up for it

This is a case of extraction for Bimax protrusion, u can clearly see her b4 look older and nasolabial fold look like shit
