I'm just waiting for my uni to be over and then was planning to go back to America. I recieved a PPO which is a written formal letter confirming my employment once my uni was over and hire me in March.USCIS runs an electronic registration window and then apply for a H1B in April and after approval. I would join the company and move to the US permanently but like i said in this thread my job might be made remote so I might stay here and work from home

MAANG and Big Tech are ready to pay the H1B fees

Finally there's some clarity on this matter. It will not be an annual fee but one time fee for new applicants thag will apply from next year and people outside of the country, don't have to rush to escape payment and the ones that already have H1Bs can travel outside the country without...

My backup plans.. I'm still applying for other jobs just to keep my options open. I already have that london offer and 1 offer in India itself. Also that wasnt a project it was a case study. Part of the interview process of hiring for a product manager.
