Why did this girl get a more upturned nose from CW rotation?

So I think you are supposed to get a more upturned nose from CCW rotation rather than CW rotation, this girl down below had a surgery to fix her short face. The doctor gave her Cw rotation. How come she got an upturned nose rather than the nose hanging down even more?

I'm sure CW rotation always comes with advancement, otherwise they'd just be cucking you even more. That's where it probably comes from.

She didnt get cw: edit, i guess she could have if she got ton of advancement cuz u realize cw makes lower jaw move backwards yet her lower jaw went forward

Also getting your maxilla moved forward does that

cw doesn’t mean the mandible moves backwards, it just means the advancement is done forward and a bit down, too.
