his mandible length isnt too bad, you can kinda tell when the chin is the bigger problem than the mandible, in his case its both but his mandible isnt bad enough to the point where he desperately needed BSSO, so genio was enough

Can I dm you my pics? I have a similar before like the guy posted and you seem knowledgeable on the topic. I really need some more opinions to chose the right procedure, don't wanna end up getting bimax when I don't need one..

Two people can get the exact same surgeries and for one person it's hardly noticeable while the other it makes a dramatic difference. A lot of it is due to skin thickness and just how their muscles/soft tissues adapt.
