Same, I ate a lot of protein but was severely deficient in calcium because I avoided dairy.
Sleep derived as well.
Also, almost anorexic at some point, due to my bodybuilding focus.

All of that stemmed from bullying, parental neglect and excessive weightlifting.
At 13, I barely grew 2-3 cm after following this “don’t sleep, work hard” attitude and my bones are a joke now compared to my male relatives.

Unfortunately, at your age, growth is likely in its final stages

When did your puberty start?

At about 11- unfortunately a victim of early puberty. I could grow a full beard at 14.

Yours?
Around 13 or 14 maybe? Like 7th grade

Early pubertycels always finna be short. No amount of calcium or sleep would have changed that.

Also my face changed the most during puberty. It’s as if all my hgh during puberty went to my face.

ehh not necessarily true. I have a cousin who went through puberty at 10 and he's 6'2 at 19

Hard to say for sure, but theoretically it should have affected my adult bone size. Dieting during puberty was a terrible idea, and eating just vegetables at times didn’t help.
I even went through a phase of drinking 8 liters of water a day, eating 1kg of carrots daily and often exceeded my limits during weightlifting, reaching unconsciousness sometimes.
Honestly, I did some stupid and damaging stuff during puberty.
But back then, 12-13 years ago, there just wasn’t much reliable information out there.

I’ve always wondered if there’s a connection between the decline in average testosterone levels in men and the later onset of puberty- potentially leading to greater height but reduced sexual dimorphism in younger generations

there actually is funnily enough especially within males that have 2 XX chromosomes and one Y. They have really low test but their average height is 5'11
