Why didn't subforum mods get extremely tuff username colors?

Sub-Mods don't have access to that. Thats something I chose to do.

Work hard, then get rewarded.

Sounds fair enough...

If they work hard, or atleast some of them, will they get a color? Or get "promoted" to be higher in the pyramid?
