Why didnt the monkey move its tail

In this spic gore telegram group I was in, a demented spic had strapped a adoloscent male monkey to a contraption of sorts and he raised an axe. The monkey made eye contact with the spic and just whimpered, it couldnt even figure out the use of the axe was to cut its tail in half. Why are monkeys so stupid? I thought we evolved with a common ancestor?
