Indians have horrific bodybuilding genetics, we are built to survive famines (low skeletal muscle, easy fat storage, difficult to lose fat, easy to lose muscle) ect.

Some people look like they lift in months and others remain twinks forever, and most of the time is just the effort they put into the lifts, consistency and diet. And after all that you can talk about genetics.
 

i started working out in October or something 2 times a week 30 minutes in my rotter homegym

already look massive and OHP 45lbs dumbells for 15 rep sets lol

eat like shit too without any care or regard for anything
 
Not training close enough to failure

Not consistently adding weight to exercises

Too much volume, or too little volume (overtrained vs undertrained)
