BTW, do you know that nukes aren't necessarily very powerful weapons that could destroy a whole city, there are small tactical nukes, with an explosive power between 10 and 1000 tons of TNT, they could be used just like conventional explosives for precise bombing with minimal collateral damage. There's a nuclear bazooka, nuclear cannon, nuclear backpack, etc., in theory even nuclear grenades could be made.
