do you not find it weird how the users who dick rides dnp heavily yet he’s been supposedly “leanmaxxing” for over a year and makes daily threads about calories and obsessed over it because he gains any weight back he loses, If dnp was soo good you would lose weight and forget about it by staying lean, the drug is genuinely as harmful for you as chemotherapy that’s why you lose weight, stop coping and go on a week water fast and burn 7 pounds of fat naturally with minimal effort, and yes dnp will work but you won’t maintain being that lean unless you have disciple

R u talking about appealmaxed? He was scamming ppl with a fake dnp source thats why he was monitizing dnp so hard, dnp does infact work and its not cope

Of course it works but ask yourself why it works it’s soo harmful it’s not even funny, drinking bleach would also make you lose weight does that make it good?anything toxic you digest will make you lose weight you don’t have to cope with dnp

it works

R u really comparing bleach to dnp?

Also no bleach wouldnt make u lose weight

It’s a bias, people who do DNP in here just search for the easy fix and are probably uncapable of losing weight without it.

But take a bodybuilder that has already drop down to single digit body fat with discipline alone and put him on a low dose dnp for the next cut and he will keep his weight low.

Currently on my first dnp cycle, I’m almost water fasting and I don’t think the drug is the problem, once you take into account the rebound effect after every harsh diet and the lowering of T3, only the people using it.

It would it would tear through your stomach and you wouldn’t feel hungry for a while, if som1 low dosed bleach they would indeed lose weight

U wont feel hungry cause of the pain, theres no way u think this is the same as as dnp its like saying “if stabbing myself with a knife in the arm would kill me because the knifes sharp, then stabbing myself with a needle would also since it also sharp and penetrates through my skin, so that must mean that every drug u inject with will kill you”

DNP users will obviously defend DNP, it's never worth it

Potential Mechanisms of Toxicity

The classic symptom complex observed by overdose of phenol-based products such as DNP is a combination of hyperthermia, tachycardia, diaphoresis and tachypnoea [4, 21, 22]. There are thought to be several physiological mechanisms involved in the development of toxicity of DNP, which are summarised below.

Uncoupling of Oxidative Phosphorylation

DNP decreases the formation of high-energy phosphate bonds in mitochondria and at the same time stimulates systemic oxygen consumption [23]. This dissociative effect is known as uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production is the final product of the tricarboxylic acid (Krebs) cycle in mitocondria along with CO2 and H2O. During glycolysis, there is a net production of two ATP molecules, but the majority of energy-rich phosphate bonds (38 in total) are produced during the final oxidative phosphorylation process. During this final phase, ATP synthetase converts adenosinediphosphate to ATP with the addition of an inorganic phosphate molecule. DNP interferes with the final energy production pathway by preventing the uptake of inorganic phosphate molecules into the mitochondria [24, 25]. This results in the inhibition of all energy-requiring processes and the extra-mitochondrial accumulation of inorganic phosphate [26]. DNP also acts as a chemical ionophore, stopping the final energy conversion by exporting the proton ions (H+) needed for ATP production across the mitochondrial membrane by increasing the basal leak of protons [12]. This shift in the proton electrochemical gradient then results in potential energy dissipating as heat, instead of being converted to ATP, with rapid consumption of calories [27, 28]. The heat production represents a failure in thermoregulatory homeostasis, leading to uncontrolled hyperthermia [29].

Stimulation of Glycolysis

El-Guindy et al. concluded that dinitrophenol produces its glycolytic effect through its effect on the muscle contraction process [30]. Carbohydrate consumption markedly increases in the presence of dinitrophenol which allows for rapid weight loss when dinitrophenol is taken in small doses [26]. Pyruvic acid is aerobically metabolised to H2O and CO2, but results in the production of lactic acid when metabolised anaerobically. The discrepancy between the stimulation of glycolysis and the inhibition of oxidative phosphorylation results in a rapid rise in the production of pyruvic acid, leading to an increased production of lactic acid [24, 26, 31].

Potassium and Phosphate Accumulation

Mudge showed that potassium accumulates in rabbit kidney slices as the concentration of dinitrophenol is increased [32]. The accumulation of potassium continues even after cellular respiration is inhibited [32] and hyperkalaemia has contributed to toxicity [33]. Due to the uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation, inorganic phosphate is no longer absorbed into the mitochondria and accumulation takes place, but whether this contributes to the clinical presentation is unknown [25, 34].

Teratogenicity, Carcinogenicity and Other Toxicity

In animal studies, DNP has been shown to be teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic; developmental and reproductive toxicity has also been reported [35].

Just admit you're retarded and don't know the mechanism of action of 2, 4 DNP. Its not toxic and mitochondria uncouplers have recently been found to be very good for protecting against degenerative diseases, along with metabolic diseases and cancer. Take your antioxidants, since DNP creates oxidative stress, and don't use too much. Basically don't be retarded and you'll reap the benefits of the greatest fat burner on the market.

Most of these studies you posted are from before 1960 :lul::lul::lul:
Mitochondrial uncouplers have since been studied with modern scientific methods and they have been proven to BENEFICIAL to your health and longevity.

Wow who wouldve guessed that overdosing would be bad, this study doesnt prove anything, if i drank 30 galloons of water at once id die, that doesnt prove waters bad

Ion accumilation in vivo doesnt translate to vitro

wow another overdose study on also rats dont have the same metabolic paths as we do

Yeah and it's super beneficial when used in the doses being used out there, you absolutely know it
It's not even the fact that the compound may be safe and even beneficial at some dose, you don't have concrete evidence and you gamble on having legit suppliers who can deliver the actual compound with high purity.

The purity argument can be used for literally any compound you purchase. Any food you eat, any water you drink. I assume you're completely against the use of any PEDs? If the answer is no, then you're a disingenuous bellend.

I mean yeh? I dont get what ur trying to say, a normal dose is safe and it is beneficial

Yeh thats just not true dnp was one of the most studied drugs in the 40s-80s, stanford has like 20 studies on it, weve learned how dnp works half a century ago, also the gamble part is also retarded trusted sources will have batch tests

The sourcing is completely different, you have more or less established labs for other PEDs
I'm not against either as long you can maximize safety tbh, for weight loss there are other established compounds like clen which is also anabolic and just basic test, with T3 for example you will lose muscle mass, with DNP idk.

But compare the benefits and risks of like losing weight by fasting, proper diet with lower carbs and exercise with dnp use.
Which one seems better, the difference is in effort and time. If you want better results use PED's.
