carnivore : raw animal (including liver) , milk , eggs , avoid plants (especially starch) and usually avoid PUFA

yes its true ray peat is high carb low fat moderate protein whilst carnivore is low carb high fat high protein , but the attract similar people as non-mainstream diet groups
