No, I'm referring to when I was a teacher. Spent about 7 years doing that. They would do this type of crap at the weekly meetings some time. At one school they would do that stupid thing where you stand in a circle and put your hand in the middle with all the other employees and shout "Go Team!". I always just sat on the couch and refused. Lol, one time they tried to entice me to join them by letting me lead the chant and change it to whatever I wanted. I still refused.
