Why do all people with narrow palates have a similar eye area

I have a narrow palate and my eye shape looks very similar to Henry cavills and other people I’ve seen who have a narrow palate and I’m just wondering why that is?

yeah, what i meant by my post is how do people with narrow pallets have henry cavills eye area? Like his eye area is literally really good.
