5 guys

And some small chicken&chip places

Fast food patreonage is a function of economomic health. When people don't have jobs or are tight on money, they eat out less, and fast food is hit the hardest.

London is literally the food capital of Europe. There’s so many good, high-class restaurants here and they’re always packed so this isn’t true.

There's probably more fast food there then you think. Londoners don't have good teeth, usually they rot right out of their mouths.

UK people look like shit (Rotting decaying flesh) compared to U.S. people (jacked and healthy). The obesity in the U.S. is exagerated. I don't believe UK people don't eat shit. But they are poorer, both because of high taxes from socialism and because of their shit economy from woke policies, so they won't be eating out as often.

Maybe there's fancy restaurants in the UK because it's more a rare occasion, rather than something they can afford to eat everday.

Yeah, there is, but only in London. Then again, 99.9 percent of successful people live in London or the South. The rest of the country has been abandoned.

Fast food is common when middle/lower income people are doing better financially.

Neither extremely poor, nor rich upperclass people eat fast food much.

Maybe most UK people fall into the "too poor for fast food" group (most) or the "too rich for fast food" group. (some)
