I have seen this practice in the US where a bodycam video of an officer fatally shooting a person 15 times for no reason is published and every reply is mindlessly worshipping the officer like a god. Every single post in the comment section is always total praise, zero criticism, it’s like they believe anyone with a badge can do no wrong and any criminal is evil by default. This soulless bootlicking exists in every part of the world but it seems to be much more common over in the west
