Why do arabs and africans support Putin ?

Forgive me but I am a retard regarding geopolitics. I was wondering why do so many people with an african or arabic sounding name support Putin on social media ? In my mind Russia always hated ethnics because they barely have brown ethnics there. Can someone explain this to me ?

Only the low classes, the elites are European and love Europe and America but currently they are not accepted into the “white club,” if they are given the choice of who to pick, that is, if America/Europe offers them good financial deals, technology transfer and wealth, they will pick America/Europe.
